Our Mission

Non Governmental Organization with nationwide operations dedicated to Human Resource Development, advanced training and policy advocacy in the areas of EDUCATION TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE SECTORS OF CAREER MANAGEMENT, EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS To educate and motivate the people, sensitize policy makers and functionaries and promote activities and programmes of the Government as well as the people, to achieve True Welfare's vision in the foreseeable future. Good leadership and sound management, however they are described, are a precursor to, but not a proxy for good work. In order to be effective, development must be knowledge based. Knowing what works and why is essential to success. Knowing what does not work is equally important. Knowledge involves awareness, memory and the familiarity that develops with experience and learning, particularly true at an institutional level. The inability to learn and remember is a widespread failing of the development community as a whole.

  • All our assignment based services are totally customized to meet the exacting requirements of the client with a focus on effective results
  • Resource persons will be earmarked for each assignment based on the expertise required, type & location of organization & the specificity of client requirements

Our Goals

We accomplish our mission by focusing on the following goals:

  • Provide Skills / Trade certification to school leavers, workers, ITI graduates, etc. to improve their employability by optimally utilizing the infrastructure available in ITIs / ITCs
  • Testing & Certification of skills acquired informally
  • Capacity building in the area of development of competency standards, curricula and learning
  • Material assessment standards in the country
  • Provide development opportunities that enhance knowledge, develop skills and enrich the organization.
  • Create, promote and foster an organizational environment that values development, diversity and growth opportunities for all employees.
  • Provide individuals and the organization with the tools to respond effectively to customer needs as well as current and future demands for service.
